Moving from Amazon

Moving from Amazon: At Amazon author have 2 options. Publish or unpublish. But this is a promise. In reality, is only one, publish. When I tried to unpublish, and remove mine 12 titles, they still want to keep all of them. Amazon said: "We want to keep them for records"....
